- All monies from Weight Watchers, A.A. group or any monies from persons using facility should to into Facilities Maintenance account. Memorial monies will go into General Savings.
- Website may be changed to a different site to get it up and going.
- Byron Chamber membership was discussed. This would be good for advertising and web links. Also Community Hostess (a “Welcome Wagon” to new residents) can be to our benefit. Looking into ads in “GO” section of RR Star.
- Suggested next year we make a line item in next year’s budget for Augsburg Fortress Website to be able to get bulletin information.
